Cris Hazzard, better known as HikingGuy, is a professional outdoors guide, hiking expert, outdoor technology geek, and author based in Southern California. He is the most trusted and knowledgeable YouTube creator producing informative videos and guides about personal satellite communicators, with loyal followers worldwide. Best of all, he tells it how it is – even if he knows his opinion will ruffle feathers at the company for the product or service he reviews. We reached out to him and asked him to try our service, and we were thrilled when he agreed to review it and share his opinion with his community. But it also felt like being on a trapeze without a net.
