Those services track the activities associated with these emails, such as whether they were opened, whether links in the emails were clicked, and whether purchases were made following clicks. We use this data to analyze the level of engagement with our emails. We use services from third parties, such as Vonage and Twilio, to send SMS messages to our users or their contacts to support features described in this Privacy Policy. We may track the delivery of these messages based on the phone number of the recipient and the selected content. We use Azure Cloud, a Microsoft solution, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the data and services on servers located in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that any such third parties we entrust with your personal information are reputable, comply with all applicable privacy regulations, and have safeguards in place to protect this information with the same duty of care as Adiona Alert requires. We do not otherwise share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent or as we are required/permitted by law to disclose such information.
Adiona Alert may disclose your personal information to other third parties only if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation or to comply with or respond to a legal process or law enforcement or valid governmental request or to detect, present or address fraud or security issues or to protect against harm to others.
